Agreement
ClearCommit is published by AverixForge. By installing, accessing, or using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ClearCommit helps you manually organize subscriptions, bills, renewals, optional expense snapshots, and reminders. It is a personal organization tool, not a bank, payment processor, subscription provider, or cancellation agent. You do not need a ClearCommit account.
The core tracking features are available without a recurring ClearCommit subscription. The app may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase for unlimited Quick Expenses. The app store displays the applicable price and terms before purchase.
Your records and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the names, prices, currencies, dates, payment labels, notes, and other information you enter or import. Estimates, forecasts, currency conversions, and reminders are based on that information and may not match a provider’s current bill or renewal schedule.
Keep your own copies of any important records. You are responsible for exported files and for reviewing any import preview before accepting records.
No financial or legal advice
ClearCommit provides general organizational calculations and reminders, not financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. Decisions about subscriptions, budgets, or payments remain yours. Contact the relevant provider to verify charges, manage billing, or complete a cancellation.
In-app purchases
Optional purchases are billed and managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchase availability, localized pricing, taxes, payment methods, refund rules, and account history are controlled by the store. A one-time unlock is not a recurring subscription. Contact the store for billing or refund questions; use the in-app restore option where available to recover an eligible purchase.
External providers
The app may let you open a service provider’s website, cancellation page, device calendar, Siri, or an app-store page. Those services are operated by others and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ClearCommit does not cancel, modify, or negotiate a provider account for you.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of ClearCommit or this website. The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
